Adrienne Ames (born Ruth Adrienne McClure on August 3 1907 to May 31 in 1947) was an American film actress. Adrienne Trux, her stage name was used at the beginning of her in her career. She married three time. When she was still a teenager, she married Derward Dumont Truax. He was the son of a businessman who was oil. They had a daughter, then separated in 1924. A marriage with broker Stephen Ames on October 30, 1932 ended with divorce. She was buried within the Oakwood Cemetery at her native Fort Worth.

Adrienne bankert is an Emmy Award winner and Good Morning America reporter. She's witnessed the impact of kindness in action first-hand.
